How does it work?
We post you an impression kit. You take an impression of your teeth at home and post it back using the prepaid label. We then make custom trays from your impression and post them to you with your gel.
How do I send my impression back?
Your kit includes a return mailer with a prepaid Royal Mail tracked label already attached. Put your impression inside and drop it at a Post Office or postbox. There's nothing to pay.
What if my impression doesn't come out right?
We check every impression when it arrives. If we can't make trays from it, we'll be in touch to sort out next steps.
Can I see where my order is?
Yes. Use the Track my order page with your order number (it starts with SPK and is in your confirmation email) and the postcode your order is being delivered to. You'll see which stage your order is at, with Royal Mail tracking links once it's in the post.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not at the moment. We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
Can I order for someone else?
Each kit is made for one person's teeth, so please place a separate order for each person, using their delivery address.
