Where we deliver
We deliver to UK addresses only: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland (including the Highlands and Islands).
How we deliver
All orders are posted by Royal Mail with tracking. [Delivery is included in the price / Delivery costs are shown at checkout.] When your parcel is posted we email you, and you can follow every stage of your order on our Track my order page.
How long it takes

Whitening gels and other stock items ordered on their own are usually posted within [1–2] working days. Times are estimates, not guarantees; we'll let you know if anything is delayed.
Returning your impression
Your kit includes a mailer with a prepaid Royal Mail tracked label. Put your impression inside and drop it in any postbox or at a Post Office. There's nothing to pay.
If a parcel goes missing
If tracking shows no movement for [5] working days, or your parcel doesn't arrive, contact us at [CONTACT EMAIL]. We'll look into it with Royal Mail and, if it's lost, send a replacement or refund you. If your impression is lost in the post on its way to us, we'll send you a new kit free of charge.
Wrong address?
Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually change it before your parcel is posted.
