From order to trays

  1. Step 1: Your kit arrives

    We post you an impression kit with clear instructions and a prepaid return label.

  2. Step 2: Send your impression back

    Take your impression at home, pop it in the return mailer and drop it at any Post Office or postbox.

  3. Step 3: Your custom trays arrive

    We check your impression, make trays shaped to your teeth, and post them to you with your gel.

How does it work?

We post you an impression kit. You take an impression of your teeth at home and post it back using the prepaid label. We then make custom trays from your impression and post them to you with your gel.

How do I send my impression back?

Your kit includes a return mailer with a prepaid Royal Mail tracked label already attached. Put your impression inside and drop it at a Post Office or postbox. There's nothing to pay.

What if my impression doesn't come out right?

We check every impression when it arrives. If we can't make trays from it, we'll be in touch to sort out next steps.
